漿膜 (羊膜類)

漿膜（しょうまく、英: Chorion）は有羊膜類 (爬虫類、鳥類、哺乳類）の胚における最外膜である。 卵黄包の外側にあり、卵黄嚢の最外層から卵巣中で濾胞細胞により形成される[1]。

羊膜類における機能[編集]

漿膜は、羊膜類において胚の生存に必要な環境を提供する4つの胚体外膜の1つである。漿膜は卵白と卵殻の間に位置し、胚、および胚体外組織全体を包含する。胚の成長につれて必要となる酸素を供給するため、漿膜と尿膜が融合し、漿尿膜を形成する。この二重膜を通して二酸化炭素の除去と、多孔質の卵殻を介した酸素の供給が行われる。 孵化時には胎仔は漿膜から切り離される。
